When hearing the Word of God one may question, Why? How? Why now? In these moments it is best to realize that God doesn't always provide a reason, He simply asks us to do something. Whether we willingly obey Him is up to us. Free will is available to all of us. It is up to us what we do with that gift. Obedience without concern? Disobedience with detriment? As a Believer, this choice is yours. While calling on the Lord for guidance, praying for all concern and trouble to be removed from your mind, is a reasonable request. One might be fearful of the result of such obedience, but the Lord God never fails. He will always provide truth to the lies; aide to the harmed; and serenity for the troubled, in His time. The call to service is profound and never insignificant. One way or another, the Lord will provide a path that leads you to His destination.
